1. Eligibility

  • By using the site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.


2. Products & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display our sarees and accessories as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or photography lighting.
  • All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices on www.meenae.shop are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept online payment via secure payment gateways (e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets).
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment is not received, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
  • If we cancel your order, any payment will be refunded within 7–10 working days.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery  within 15 days timeline but  depend on your location and courier partner’s policies.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We accept returns/exchanges only for defective or damaged products, reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Sarees must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
  • Customised, tailored, or discounted items are non-returnable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, text, and content on www.meenae.shop are our intellectual property.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.


8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt site functionality.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or payment misuse.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

Return and Refund Policy

At www.meenae.shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Terms of Return

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns will be accepted only if the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-stitched, altered, or sale/discounted items are non-returnable.


2. Reasons for Return

We accept returns if:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing fault.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at hello@meenae.shop within the return period, mentioning:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo(s) of the item showing the defect/damage (if applicable)
  • Once approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or wrong items, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a refund as per our refund terms.
